Almost Honest have continued to push the envelope within the modern heavy underground scene. To David's point, while they reside within the Stoner/Doom landscape, they possess a wildly catchy, diverse and intriguing sense of songwriting, meticulously merging elements of grunge, punk, metal and alternative rock. Honestly, this could be their best work yet. Bucky

I don't think there's any band that sounds quite like Skull Servant does. The songs hit hard and heavy while maintaining a strong melody, and the two singers provide a contrast that makes every song feel unique.
The crunchy guitar and bass tone puts a lot of power behind the riffs, and the songwriting and arrangement makes this feel like a concept album.
If there's one thing Skull Servant does best, it's creating music that is dynamic and ever changing. revengebymagick

Merci Déhà for the download code. Lots of bands use these ingredients – pretty female vocals over doomy guitars always sounds good, but usually that's where the ideas run out. That isn't the case here. Each song is packed with ideas and evolutions, genres and references it's boring to list but not at all to listen to. A pleasure to have been introduced to this. Luke
